OriginsThe conceptualization of Boo and Radley happened in highschool for an animation assignment. I was obsessed with drawing slimes. It wasn’t until college for a rhetoric class that I actually created a short animation for the characters. We had to write an essay about a project we we were working on we could submit for a competition. I didn’t have any projects current projects, so I quickly had to create the animation while also writing a 3 page essay. A presentation and 3 pages later about a fake submission to a competition, it seemed like a waste to not work on it even more.
